How much does an online store cost?
An online store costs SAR 49 per month, including your branded storefront and tools to manage products, orders and customers. Payment processing, shipping, messaging and Nooks AI credits are charged separately.
Is Nooks only for restaurants?
Nooks serves merchants across sectors with branded apps and online stores. Restaurants and cafes can use ordering apps, other merchants can use shopping apps, and sellers can choose a Shopify-like store website. Clothing and perfume are examples of the products merchants can sell.
Is the online store a mobile app?
An online store is a website with your branding and its own URL. Branded iOS and Android apps are a separate offering.
Does Nooks charge a commission on orders?
Nooks charges 0% commission on orders. The restaurant app subscription is SAR 199 per month for the first branch and SAR 75 for each additional branch. Payment processing and verification messages have separate fees.
How does my restaurant receive orders?
Your restaurant app integrates with Foodics to send orders to the POS your team already uses, with connected menus, prices and branches.
How do payments and shipping work?
Connect your Moyasar account for cards, mada and Apple Pay, and your OTO account for shipping. Activation depends on completing setup and service availability for your account.
Can I cancel, and who owns my customer data?
You can cancel your restaurant app subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Your business owns its customer data, and you can request a full export.
